When you use LawFlow to create a legal document, we ask for the information needed to populate your document template — such as names, addresses, business details, and other answers to our interview questions. This information is used solely to generate your requested document.
Your document answers and generated content are stored only in your browser's sessionStorage. This means your data lives locally on your device and is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab. We do not store your document answers or generated documents on our servers.
LawFlow does not require you to create an account or provide login credentials. You can use our document preparation service without any persistent profile or identity tracking.
We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or any other form of persistent tracking to monitor your behavior across visits or across the web. Your session is private and temporary.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card numbers or payment details. Stripe handles all payment data directly.
If you have questions about your data, wish to request any information we may hold, or have privacy concerns, please contact us at lawflow-1a859172@ctomail.io.
