LawFlow is not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice, opinions, or recommendations. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using our service.
The documents generated through LawFlow are based on templates — they are starting points, not finished legal products tailored to your unique circumstances. While our templates cover common scenarios, they may not address every nuance of your specific situation or jurisdiction.
You are responsible for reviewing any document you generate through LawFlow to ensure it meets your needs. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified attorney to review your documents before signing or executing them. By using LawFlow, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and accept full responsibility for your documents.
LawFlow offers two pricing options: a one-time payment of $49 for a single document, or a $29/month subscription (LawFlow Pro) for unlimited document generation. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription payments recur monthly and can be canceled at any time.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your document, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LawFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to damages related to legal disputes, contract issues, or other outcomes resulting from documents generated through our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LawFlow shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
